We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Valdosta, GA.
- Support the General Manager with all front- and back-of-house operations
- Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling team members
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service and high-quality meals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Promote a positive work culture and uphold company standards
- Engage with the Valdosta, GA, community through local events and promotions
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership role (family dining experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and customer service in Valdosta, GA
