Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed customer expectations. Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members. Create effective staff schedules in compliance with company standards and local laws. Delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly. Supervise and motivate team members to reach their highest potential and achieve quarterly goals. Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards consistently. Address performance issues and assist with staff evaluations. Foster a positive work culture and team spirit through recognition and leading by example. Promptly handle and report customer and team member concerns with professionalism. Ensure compliance with all operational standards and local regulations. Utilize management tools to maintain accurate records. Support a safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and reporting any concerns. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required. Open availability with a commitment to work a minimum of 32 to 48 hours per week over 5 days. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pass a background check. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. 1-3 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasional bending, stooping, or climbing, including using ladders. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Proficient communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing. Capacity to work safely with restaurant equipment and handle food allergens.
