Assistant Property Manager - Manor Hialeah

Seeking a primary coordinator to assure that all efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations. Direct the day-to-day activities, which include but are not limited to:

• Works closely with the Property Manager in learning all aspects of management including administrative and financial duties.
• Works closely with the Property Manager in developing an integral team that effectively sells the quality and professionalism of TRG Management and its properties.
• Inspects property common areas, apartments units and grounds on a regular basis.
• Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community.
• Demonstrates an interest in and understanding of financial and operational reporting requirements.
• Interviews prospective residents.
• Verifies all necessary information in qualifying the prospect.
• Forwards work orders from residents and follow-up within a week of its inception.
• Monthly lease renewals.
• Monthly market survey.
• Notices to residents, such as 3-day notices; 7-day notices in any rule/regulation issues.
• Answers phone.
