Ernst Brothers Construction is hiring! We’re a high-end residential and boutique commercial builder with a 40+ year legacy of Building the Extraordinary. We're looking for a Field-Focused Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the execution of architecturally significant custom homes and complex renovations across the region. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional looking to grow their career with a top-tier builder and learn from some of the best in the industry.
What You'll Do Support day-to-day operations on high-end residential job sites Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly Assist with project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor buyouts Manage and distribute up-to-date drawing sets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation Participate in meetings and help document progress, punch lists, and client walk-throughs Help identify and resolve field issues in real time alongside the Superintendent and PM
What We're Looking For 2–4 years of construction experience, ideally in custom residential or light commercial Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and documentation Excellent communication and organization skills Comfortable with job site environments and construction technology (Procore)
