We are seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing concrete projects. This role involves managing residential and commercial construction projects, coordinating with internal and subcontractors, and ensuring successful project completion.
Responsibilities
Oversee concrete projects from inception to completion.
Manage residential and commercial construction projects.
Coordinate and manage internal teams and subcontractors effectively.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Travel to various project sites within the Montgomery and New Jersey area.
Essential Skills
5-10 years of experience overseeing concrete projects.
Proven experience in residential and commercial construction.
Ability to travel within the Montgomery and New Jersey area.
Strong project management skills.
Experience in concrete finishing, rebar, and concrete form.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with commercial and residential construction.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment
The work environment will include both office and on-site responsibilities. Mornings will be spent in the office, followed by site visits to oversee projects and ensure they are progressing according to plans. The position offers the opportunity to work with a growing company that has a large backlog of work and partnerships with major general contractors, potentially leading to career advancement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
