Overview We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager Assistant to support our Project Managers in the successful execution of fencing projects. This role plays a key part in keeping job sites running efficiently, coordinating logistics, communicating with crews and clients, and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the construction or project management field.
Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of job site operations Assist with scheduling crews, vendors, and subcontractors Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback Help maintain project timelines and monitor progress Track deliveries, materials, and change orders Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and inspections as needed Keep records organized and updated, including job notes, permits, and documentation Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed Provide administrative support and handle project-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications 1+ year of experience in construction, project coordination, or a similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solver with a can-do attitude Comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic scheduling tools Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus (not required)
