WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Assistant Manager for our salon. Your focus will be on providing each guest with a first- class luxurious salon experience. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone. You must be comfortable with promoting and selling memberships. Memberships actually save our guests money. This job requires an upbeat positive person who loves a fast- paced work environment and serving people. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase membership sales and retail sales
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments in person or by phone
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

• Monday-4:00pm -8:00 pm (close),Tuesday-4:00pm -8:00 pm (close) Thursday-4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
• Sunday 11:30am-5:00pm (close)
