Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations, where you will play a crucial role in the success of our establishment. As the second in command, you will report directly to the General Manager and be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations. Your Responsibilities: Oversee scheduling and manage work hours for staff to optimize operational efficiency. Assist in inventory management by completing truck orders and keeping stock levels in check. Support the General Manager with financial reports and operational strategies. Contribute to the development and training of employees to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications: Two or more years of management or supervisory experience in the restaurant or retail/hospitality industry. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the restaurant. Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and lift items weighing between 30 to 50 pounds. Physically capable of performing tasks that include pushing, pulling, stretching, and using fingers and wrists continuously.
