SusieCakes has 31 bakery locations across CA, TX, and TN. Our bakeries are filled with the delicious tastes and sweet smells of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, and bars- all baked from scratch, on-site daily, using the freshest and finest ingredients.

We're in search of an Assistant General Manager possessing:

• Experience managing teams in a bakery/restaurant/retail location for at least 3+ years.
• Passion for creating a great guest experience.

Salary is estimated to be around $60,000-$70,000 per year. This is a non-exempt role and is required to work 47.5 hours per week. Weeknight & weekend availability is a must.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

Qualifications:

• Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills
• Ability to train, coach, and counsel team members
• Exposure to financial and operational accountabilities
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
• Must have reliable transportation

Education:

• Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
