The AGM position comes with a starting salary of $38,000, additional bonus compensation of up to $6,000yr, and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance.


 Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of management experience in business or food & beverage
  • Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
  • Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
  • Ability to make difficult personnel decisions



A Day In The Life 

  • You will be an ambassador of the PINCHO core values. 
  • Competent in all FOH & BOH positions 
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH 
  • Accountable for line speed to be measured using transaction times 
  • Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Pincho standards 
  • Attend weekly meetings with General Manager
  • Review weekly employee schedules 
  • Assist General Manager in completing weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, Compeat, online ordering, inventory, etc. 
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Pincho culture
