Job Summary:


The Assistant Front Desk Manager supports the day-to-day administrative and guest service operations within the travel task force, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This role provides essential coordination and documentation support related to worker's compensation audit activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee front desk operations including guest check-ins, documentation tracking, and appointment coordination to ensure audit activities run smoothly
  • Serve as a liaison between visiting auditors and local site contacts, maintaining clear communication and a professional environment
  • Maintain organized records of audit schedules, travel documentation, and related correspondence for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries regarding audit logistics, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team lead or manager
  • Support logistical coordination such as room booking, supply tracking, and checklists to facilitate efficient site audits
  • Assist in compiling and formatting audit-related reports or documentation as directed by auditing staff
  • Implement quality control checks to ensure accurate and complete submission of guest data and audit forms
  • Foster a positive, service-oriented atmosphere while upholding company policies and confidentiality standards

  • Ability to analyze information and ensure completeness or identify discrepancies
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., office suites, audit tracking platforms)
  • Understanding of basic worker's compensation and audit-related processes
