Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) - ROSC is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered and builds on the strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families, and communities to achieve recovery and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of substance use disorders.
Substance Use Prevention Services (SUPS) - SUPS helps students 11 to 18 learn about substance use and misuse through a prevention-oriented curriculum and community-wide awareness-building activities that aim to reduce the prevalence of substance misuse in our communities.
Rural Youth Services Enhanced (RYSE) - The RYSE program aims to create resilient communities by addressing the lack of access to mental health services and social services for youth in the counties of Alexander, Hardin, and Pulaski who are involved or at risk of being involved in the juvenile justice system.
Community Youth Services (CYS) - CYS helps youth ages 11 to 24 reach their full potential and strengthens communities through life skills training, community resource projects, career readiness training, and other youth-led initiatives.
STOPSchool Violence - Focuses on preventing and reducing school violence through education, crisis intervention, and community collaboration.
Skills & Knowledge Must possess administrative, supervisory, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills; demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to represent the organization externally across a wide range of stakeholders; requires general knowledge of strategies in community prevention, community resource and human service systems, service planning, case coordination, budgeting and funding processes, and policy development.

Hours of Work Full-time, 40 hours/week - Afterhours on-call rotation required.
Job duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Monitors and evaluates all program(s) and grant contracts to ensure adherence to applicable rules, program standards and that contract deliverables or outcomes are continuously met; ensures submission of various reports as required by program contracts/regulations. Assists in prevention and outreach-related activities and events; coordinates volunteers and ensures fiscal responsibility and adherence to budgetary recommendations for activity spending. Assists with developing and maintaining agency policies and procedures to ensure continuous alignment of such policies/procedures with all applicable rules, standards, and quality practice for all programs under supervision. Prioritizes and continually gathers relevant and necessary data to assist in program and service evaluation, identify programmatic success and barriers, and ensure quality and efficiency of program operations; communicates programmatic outcomes with Agency Leadership, community stakeholders, and applicable funders. Participates in and prepares for site-visits including contract monitoring, program/facility audits, and accreditation or certification reviews. Coordinates, communicates, and seeks out opportunities to collaborate and develop partnerships with other community organizations, agencies, and groups; maintains networking and referral contacts with community stakeholders and other health or human service providers both internally and externally; participates in relevant community groups, consortiums, and coalitions. Manages and participates, as necessary, in community/stakeholder related complaints or grievance escalations and subsequent conflict resolution/problem solving efforts between stakeholder, staff, and/or supervisors; responds to such issues with good judgement and timely follow-up. Promotes and garners interest for special programmatic service offerings such as youth advisory committees, recovery committee meetings, area project board meetings, and community committee meetings for assigned programs and provides updates regarding Agency and program information during outreach activities. Monitors program budgets, expenses, and programmatic income; maintains understanding of program budgets and provides direction for direct staff in authorization of expenses in line with contractual requirements.
