Administrative Assistant – Agency Contract ** Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced project team developing a new advanced manufacturing facility. This is a contract role through an agency. The focus of the role is interview coordination and calendar support during a high-volume hiring phase, along with general administrative and project coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones and teams Maintain project calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts Track candidate progress and maintain interview documentation Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action logs Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires Assist with document formatting, version control, and organization (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) Provide light project coordination support (e.g., trackers, action item summaries)
Qualifications 3+ years in administrative, recruiting coordination, or project support Strong scheduling and calendar management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, WebEx, and virtual collaboration tools Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience in fast-paced or regulated environments (e.g., life sciences, engineering) is a plus
