Position Summary

We're seeking an organized, resourceful Administrative Assistant to support an assigned Portfolio Manager and their property portfolio. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist the front desk, and collaborate with team members across the corporate office. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to an assigned Portfolio Manager and their property portfolio.
  • Compile and distribute various reports, including Monday morning reports, KCHA reports, and financial statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation, distribution, and replacement reserves as needed.
  • Manage year-end tasks, including archiving, creating new files, and updating current records.
  • Prepare lender packages and respond to owner special requests.
  • Answer phone calls and assist the front desk as needed.
  • Support the Executive Team with special projects and requests.
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, quality standards, and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; six months to one year of related administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), and remote work platforms; experience with Yardi or RealPage is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Basic math skills, including ability to compute rates ratios, and percentages.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasionally life and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • 152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry-over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 5 and 9 years
