Administrative Assistant We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Southwest Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who excels in administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients. Responsibilities: Perform accurate and efficient data entry to ensure records are up-to-date and accessible. Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and documentation to support daily operations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings, events, and logistics. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up. Support internal processes by assisting with system updates and data management. Monitor and address office needs, ensuring a productive work environment. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in answering calls and managing reception duties. Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in standard office software and tools. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Insurance industry experience highly desirable.
