Posted Monday, June 28, 2021 at 4:00 AM Under general supervision, provides moderately complex administrative support for recruiting and hiring related operations. Provides daily support activity for recruiting including the maintenance and administration of hiring documents, new hire processes, interview coordination, etc. Participates in on-boarding and staffing policy and program development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Provides administrative and strategic support to the recruiting department.. • Schedules and coordinates onsite interviews, phone interviews, online assessments and candidate feedback sessions; includes reserving conference rooms, booking travel arrangements and partnering with executive administration to ensure interviewer availability. • Provides on-going verbal and written communication to candidates and hiring managers. • Provides project coordination for new and ongoing recruiting initiatives to support corporate & executive recruiting. • Coordinates pre-employment testing (background checks and drug tests) for new hires. Completes all necessary paperwork with new hires and ensures all approvals and requirements have been met. • Prepares offer letters and answer questions from candidates; includes ensuring that the information is accurate and available to authorized personnel, upon request. • Ensures candidates and requisitions are updated appropriately within the applicant tracking system. • Participates in ad-hoc department projects. • Other duties may be assigned. COMPETENCIES • Able to speak clearly and distinctly; excellent reading, verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding customer service and attention to detail • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form • Ability to do standard mathematical functions to verify invoices, assist with budgets and related tasks • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and five (5) or more years administrative or human resources experience, preferably in a high volume recruiting environment, and proven track record of success; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
