Capital Denver is seeking a Yard Team Lead for 2nd Shift, with a pay rate of $24 - $26 per hour DOE. Position Summary: Under minimal supervision, oversees the operation and organization of a team, area, or department to efficiently process products for shipment, storage, or will-calls. Maintains a clean and orderly area to facilitate inventory processing and pulling. Responsibilities: Stock and restock the facility from incoming inventory Organize products and rotate inventory as needed Ensure a safe and clean environment in the facility Coordinate product movement for shipment with staff Handle paperwork for inventory transfers and order fulfillment Operate a forklift as necessary Perform other duties as assigned and remain flexible to changes QualificationsEducation, Experience, and Skills Minimum four years of experience with forklifts and machinery Knowledge of lumber products or building materials Ability to embody Capital values and provide innovative solutions Work efficiently without compromising quality Make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, team-oriented, and influential Consistently produce high-quality, error-free work Proficient in English communication Abilities Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl up to 5% of the workday Sit, walk, or move around for extended periods Work Environment Frequent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, and outdoor weather conditions. Noise levels can be loud.
