Working Service Manager/ Service Advisor

Looking for an experienced New Car dealer service manager, assistant manager, service adviser that is looking to move up in his/her career.

We are a small new car dealership with 2 technicians and 1 lube technician 1 service adviser and write about 20 vehicles per day

This person needs to be able to address more then a situation at a time.

Needs to have knowledge of factory warranty policies and procedures

Needs to be able to insure great customer CSI and employee ESI

Oversee technicians working on customer vehicles including good time management for efficiency and parts ordering

Needs to be able to oversee all customer vehicles 

Sell what is needed in a professional way explaining the benefits of required services.

Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions 

Multitasking is a huge plus.

Must have a GREAT work ethic
