Summary The Nurse Manager shall lead, supervise and over-see the clinical operations of the Unit. Assist Director with patient rounding, completing monthly unit based audits, attend staff meetings and enforcing compliance to hospital policy and procedure. Perform a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.
