As a Wireless Retail Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic Retail Team of Experts that embodies the T-Mobile brand. Your role will be to create energy and enthusiasm around our products and services, engaging customers and forging meaningful connections. By understanding customer needs and educating them on device and service solutions, you'll contribute to a remarkable customer experience. Our successful Retail Consultants consistently achieve performance targets, including sales, customer experience, and quality metrics. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service and sales to customers, fostering loyalty through exceptional experiences. Utilize digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding processes. Complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience and continuously improve skills and knowledge. Maximize your shift by seeking information and staying informed about wireless innovations. Collaborate effectively with T-Mobile colleagues in various channels, including business and customer service. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required). 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Passionate about customer satisfaction and a strong advocate for customers. Capable of balancing customer experience with performance goals (Required). Team-oriented with a desire to work alongside peers and store leaders to share best practices and resolve issues (Required). Competitive drive and confidence to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment (Required). Job Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Required: No Hourly Base Pay: $20.00 Annual Incentive Target: $9,360. Actual incentive earnings may vary based on performance and full-time status.
