Overview Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager – AT&T Authorized Retailer roles at Blue Link Wireless. Pay rate: $16 per hour plus commission. This role supports the sales team in delivering products, services, and entertainment options to customers by leading by example.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store.

Act as Store Leader on shift when the Store Leader is not present.

Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices (Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools).

Achieve monthly goals and objectives.

Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers.

Maintain adequate inventory levels.

Assist in accounting and paperwork related to cash receipts, pricing, and inventories.

Maintain training requirements for self and team.

Resolve customer issues and maintain knowledge of products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.

Work side by side with the store manager and assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team.

Help ensure operational practices meet Blue Link Wireless standards while training to become a Store Manager.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quotas.

Growth-oriented with a desire to lead others in the sales process to achieve targets and goals.

Proven success in sales and in teaching others how to use and sell wireless technology and services.

Desire to exceed customer expectations.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as per schedule.

Bilingual preferred in some markets, but not required.
