Responsible for packing area set-up of workstations. Oversees packing supplies, inventory, and requisitions; training of packers in proper techniques and required information transfer. Responsible for area efficiency and assists in setting daily priorities and goals. Ensure all labor entries are posted correctly. · From knowledge of schedules and production requirements, plans production work and makes assignments to accomplish requirements.

· Responsible for workstation set-up, packing supplies inventory, and requisition.

· Provides instruction and follow-up on the use of the proper methods of performing work assignments.

· Understands all method specifications and quality requirements and instructs and corrects operators to optimize workmanship and product quality.

· Monitors employee attendance, tardiness, and job performance. Submits related reporting as required.

· Informs supervision immediately of product and/or personnel problems within the unit being supervised.

· Responsible for identification and communication of corrective actions.

· Support occasional travel requirements between facilities/business locations. REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma / GED. Experience supervising or managing people is required. Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office Suite and job-specific database systems. Specific Education Requirements:
