Job Description

Who We Are:

Being naked is the #1 most sustainable option. We're #2.

Since 2009, we've been on a mission to bring sustainable fashion to everyone. Named one of Fast Company's Brands That Matter and winning a Best Carbon Footprint award, we have big goals like being Climate Positive by 2025, Circular by 2030, and pushing the whole industry forward along the way. Our work has gotten love in Drapers and Sourcing Journal, and TIME wrote about how great our CEO, Hali Borenstein, is. Basically, we're saving the Earth and looking damn good doing it.

We're a global brand with 50+ stores (and counting) around the world, and our own sustainable factory in LA. We innovate across categories like accessories, swimwear, and sleepwear, and we reach millions of people with campaigns like this, this and this.

None of this work is possible without the incredible people behind it. We're a mission-based company that invests in an inclusive culture, so we can innovate together and ensure everyone has the space to grow, thrive, and belong.

And starting right now, we want to do all that with you.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Warehouse Inventory Manager with expertise in AutoStore automation to join our dynamic and fast-paced distribution center team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and visibility of inventory across a high-volume, high-SKU operation. The ideal candidate will be a superuser in AutoStore, possess a strong understanding of inventory control best practices, and be capable of building scalable systems and reporting tools to support business growth and financial accountability.

What You'll Do:

Inventory Management & Accuracy
  • Lead and execute end-to-end inventory control processes to ensure >99% inventory accuracy across all storage and pick locations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve inventory variances, shrinkage, or adjustments.
  • Oversee and refine the cycle count program, ensuring counts are conducted timely and discrepancies are researched, resolved, and documented.
AutoStore Automation – System Superuser
  • Manage and monitor inventory movement within the AutoStore system, ensuring all transactions are accurate, timely, and traceable.
  • Serve as the AutoStore system expert within the warehouse – training staff, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing bin usage.

  • Develop and maintain detailed inventory tracking dashboards and KPIs using data from WMS, AutoStore, and other operational systems.
  • Provide clear, accurate reports on inventory status, adjustments, aging, and forecasting to both Operations and Finance teams.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventory counts in partnership with Accounting.
Process Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Create and document SOPs for all inventory-related processes, including cycle counting, adjustments, and Sample Sales.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Accounting, Engineering, Planning) to build scalable solutions for inventory accuracy and control.
  • Implement process controls and checks to minimize inventory-related errors and inefficiencies.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise and develop inventory control staff; provide training and guidance to ensure compliance with procedures and best practices.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching to maintain high standards of execution and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create a culture of ownership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of inventory management experience in a high-volume, high-SKU, fast-paced warehouse environment; eCommerce or retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of AutoStore automation; prior superuser or administrator experience required.
  • Strong experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of inventory control best practices, including cycle counts, slotting, adjustments, aging, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to explain inventory variances and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a data-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to build, document, and scale processes and systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
