• Must have experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Respond to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., courteously and effectively.
• Process and input customer orders.
• Produce stock reports to check product availability.
• Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary.
• Provide follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met.
• Prepare shipping and tracing information to customers as required.
• Maintain damage records and back order logs.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in the administration of the accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
