This is a hands-on role where you'll split your time between managing inbound/outbound shipments and making local deliveries to ensure our customers have what they need-when they need it. Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving

Load and unload trucks, verify counts against packing slips, and process orders accurately Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move and organize inventory Package and ship orders via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers per customer requirements Maintain a clean and organized shipping area Delivery & Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Safely deliver goods using a company vehicle to customer sites across the region Stock and organize products at customer locations in designated VMI spaces Monitor inventory levels and suggest restock adjustments based on usage Communicate customer needs, spot buys, and delivery feedback to the internal team Serve as a reliable, professional representative of our company to our customers What We're Looking For: Valid Class D driver's license with a clean record High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of B2B delivery experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate powered industrial equipment Basic math and computer skills A positive, team-first attitude with excellent customer service skills Why Join Custom Fabricating & Supplies?
