Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associates are responsible for the processing and shipping of products to our guests and retail locations. By ensuring the right product is shipped at the right time with care and attention to detail, our Warehouse Associates play an important role in helping us achieve our goal of providing a world-class experience to our guests.

Work Schedule

Full-time Warehouse Associates are scheduled 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Two shifts are available, either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday. While our schedule remains fairly consistent, our associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule when needed. Overtime in the form of extended or additional shifts is occasionally required, especially during our Peak Season from October through December.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to work on time as scheduled, prepared to work for the duration of shift.
  • Complete all job duties in a safe manner, following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Unload, receive, relocate and process retail products.
  • Pick, pack and ship products to our stores and customers.
  • Meeting productivity standards in your assigned job functions.
  • Listen and respond productively to feedback about performance from leaders.
  • Perform basic cleaning duties.
  • Performs all assigned tasks, accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures.
  • Notifies management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in Distribution, Warehousing or Manufacturing
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to manage inventory and receiving accuracy, strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

  • Able to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift on concrete surfaces
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally, unassisted
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands, wrists, and arms
  • Capable of climbing ladders and step stools as needed
  • Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment (with training)
  • Visual and auditory ability to respond to safety signals, equipment, and instructions
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment
