Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, safely packed, and staged for delivery. Work will take place both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard, depending on order requirements. This could be a temp to perm potential position for the right person.
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily stretches and equipment inspections before starting work. Operate an order picker that elevates up to feet in the air to retrieve items from designated warehouse locations. Prioritize order tickets from high to low urgency. Build pallets with HVAC materials such as: Sheet metal Pipe Fittings Ductwork Stack products securely to prevent damage during transit. Wrap completed pallets and move them to staging areas for delivery drivers. Work in both indoor warehouse and outdoor yard environments. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable working at heights up to feet. Ability to lift up to lbs consistently throughout the day. Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions when in the yard.
Qualifications: Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good attendance and punctuality. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
