Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Livonia, MI Pay: $16-$18 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Weekends as needed) Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Unload incoming shipments and accurately package goods for storage within the warehouse, ensuring all items are handled with care and in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Prepare heating and cooling equipment for shipment, following specific handling and packaging guidelines.
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including stock rotation, order placement, and order picking from designated storage areas.
  • Transport goods throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment, optimizing load configurations to maximize space and ensure safe handling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
  • Utilize strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination to support smooth and accurate warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or GED Recipient
  • Excellent attendance
  • Positive attitude
  • Prior experience as a warehouse associate
  • Forklift experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
