NPW is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this part-time role, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by loading and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, and preparing orders with accuracy and care. If you take pride in staying organized and getting the job done right, this is the role for you.

The position requires 18–28 hours per week, with availability during the following hours:

Saturday: 7:00AM – 5:00PM

Sunday: 7:00AM – 4:00PM

Monday: 12:00PM – 9:00PM

Tuesday: 12:00PM – 9:00PM

Friday: 12:00PM – 6:00PM

Responsibilities

Use handheld scanners and relevant software to maintain accurate shipments.

Receive and stock products in appropriate zones and locations.

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

Maintain productivity standards in assigned job function.

Organize warehouse and work area to avoid product error and safety mishaps.

Follow the guidelines for safety and use of all designated equipment.

Follow directions and communicate job issues to the supervisor or manager.

Report any hazards and accidents to your supervisor or manager.

Perform additional duties as needed and assigned by the warehouse manager.

Qualifications:

Ability to read alpha-numeric codes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work independently with directions from the supervisor.

This is an entry-level position – No prior experience needed.

Physical Requirements:

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, talk, and hear.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk; bend at waist and knees, use hands and reach with arms.
