Warehouse Associate Opportunity In Alexandria, Minnesota Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading wholesaler company in Alexandria, Minnesota. What a Warehouse Associate will do: Navigate wearable terminal using alphanumeric keypad, scroll keys, and function keys Pick product from stock to fill customer orders and place product on the line or in staging area Inspect product to ensure no damage or outdated product is delivered to customers and place damaged and unsalable product in designated area Follow prescribed handling procedures to ensure proper handling of items including fresh produce, fragile items, frozen items, etc. Follow established procedures to ensure accurate delivery, maintain product integrity, proper stacking or toting of product, recording of out of date and damaged product Label product with identifying information to ensure proper delivery Accurately identify jurisdiction of cigarette orders, affix proper stamp, and mark accordingly Prepare cardboard for recycling; clean, organize, and maintain equipment and work area Operate pallet jacks, tow and four-wheel carts, pullers, and Yale equipment as trained What you need to be a Warehouse Associate: High school diploma or GED required Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide May require ability to complete Forklift Certification Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl with or without reasonable accommodations Dont miss out on this great opportunity!
