About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy and Service Lines to lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for its ministry in Western North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and overseeing the execution of various specialized approaches, including the establishment of partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and innovative business models. This role is pivotal in creating opportunities for clinical collaboration in care, research, and education. The VP will also be at the forefront of service line expansion, program development, and physician integration, all aimed at enhancing clinical quality and innovation. A key aspect of the position is to work closely with executive leaders to ensure that the market's performance and growth objectives are met.
Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or hospital leadership. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership/management role and at least 5 years in the healthcare industry are required. The role demands a candidate with a strong strategic vision, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to drive change initiatives. The VP will be expected to maintain a high level of professional and technical knowledge, oversee the development of action plans for service lines, and ensure that operational decision-making aligns with strategic objectives.
