Role Summary
The VP, Retail Operations leads the companys retail strategy, overseeing physical and digital retail operations across all markets. This high-impact role drives performance, customer engagement, innovation, and profitability while maintaining brand integrity and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term retail growth strategies across all business segments.
Omnichannel Excellence: Integrate physical and digital channels for seamless consumer experiences and operational efficiency.
Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to inform product assortment, store formats, and pricing strategies.
Operational Management: Oversee retail operations including merchandising, inventory, logistics, staffing, and store design.
Financial Oversight: Own retail P&L; optimize cost structures, drive revenue growth, and improve EBITDA margins.
Innovation & Technology: Champion digital transformation and adoption of emerging retail technologies and platforms.<BR> Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing retail organization, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with peers across C-suite, board members, and key external partners to align on strategic priorities.
Qualifications
15+ years of leadership experience in retail or consumer-facing businesses, including significant time at the executive level.
Proven track record in scaling omnichannel operations and leading transformational initiatives.
Strong analytical acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
