Location: Port Charlotte, FL (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Pay: $40,000 - $145,000/year+

We are seeking a Salesperson to work for us at Norm Reeves Volkswagen of Port Charlotte! Your main duties will include conducting test drives, showcasing vehicles, building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand automotive preferences and match them to their dream vehicle.

Schedule: Must have availability from Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 8:30 PM and Sunday's from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Two days off during the week.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
