RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete virtual audits and occasional in-store audits as defined by client
    • Approximately 2-3 days per month visiting local market stores
    • Expected 90% dedicated to remote portal audits
    • Store visits may alter per client request
  • Actively review all big box retailers every 3 to 4 weeks
  • Audit, comment and rate planogram integrity images with retailer systems
  • Audit merchandise program resets for accuracy and review inventory levels
  • Meet in-person with stores and client leaders as requested
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries
  • Attend weekly client calls when directed by leadership
  • Complete weekly and monthly customer reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel may be required which may include overnight stays
  • A minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be Microsoft Office Suite proficient
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Excellent communication, written and technical skills required
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent typing and communication skills using email and web navigation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
