Job Overview: The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the company's sales strategy across all sales channels, including Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), Affiliate and other future sales channels. This executive role requires a strategic, data-driven leader with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and optimizing the full sales cycle. The VP of Sales will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, finance and other business areas to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies for all sales channels to meet and exceed revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate all sales team management, including B2C, B2B, affiliate and other sales channels to achieve exceptional performance and professional growth. Oversee the implementation of sales processes, tools, training, compensation plans, and performance metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all sales channels. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand the company's footprint and revenue base. Partner with marketing on lead generation and brand positioning strategies, and with product teams to deliver feedback from customers and prospects. Leverage existing relationships to identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and business insights to senior leadership. Use data to inform strategy and improve decision-making. Ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience across all sales touchpoints, aligning sales goals with customer needs and satisfaction. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies across all sales channels & markets. Strong leadership skills with experience building, managing and scaling high-performing sales teams. Deep understanding of sales funnel management, pipeline development, and forecasting. Expertise in sales operations, including territory planning, compensation modeling and performance analytics. Skilled in negotiation, deal structuring, and closing complex deals. Ahistoryof success in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels, internally and externally. Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach. Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies. Ability to travel as needed to support national or regional sales efforts.
Education and Experience: Bachelor'sdegree andatleasteightyearsof senior-level sales and operational leadership experience. Proventrackrecordin business development, client relationship management and revenue generation. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Physical Requirements: · Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. · Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas. · Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
