We are hiring a Vice President of Retail Operations to lead the next chapter of growth alongside the COO. This is a hands-on role for a proven operator who thrives in execution, builds systems, and develops leaders in the field.
About the COO:
You’ll work directly with the COO, who leads with discipline, structure, and urgency. He invests in people who put in the work, provides direct feedback, and expects results. If you want to grow into an elite operator, you’ll get the access and mentorship to do it.

What You’ll Own Operational Excellence:
Oversee execution across multi-market retail operations (Houston, Denver, Portland).
Lead in-store inspections, reset execution, and enforce accountability standards.
Build and roll out SOPs, training programs, and scalable playbooks.
Own store-level P&Ls, labor, budgets, KPIs, and weekly performance reviews.
Travel 40%+ with weekly market inspections and pre-launch site leadership.
Leadership Development:
Directly manage and mentor GMs and Operations Specialists.
Build a leadership bench and culture of accountability, integrity, and ownership.
Partner with HR/Recruiting to hire, assess, and develop high-potential leaders.
Model executive-level presence and develop team members through coaching and inspection.
Strategic Growth Execution:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new store launches.
Manage cross-departmental alignment with marketing, training, delivery, and kitchen ops.
Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and close loops quickly.
Scale inspection systems and drive operational consistency at speed.
0–90 Days | Individual Mastery Ingrain and exemplify the My Fit Foods culture .
Hit or exceed all individual KPIs (PTA, NC count, retention).
Execute our marketing strategy at a high level in the field.
Learn our analytics systems and understand the KPIs and levers that drive growth.
90–180 Days | Store Leadership Run a store as a high-performing GM , owning service, operations, marketing, and team development.
Demonstrate the ability to inspect, coach, and hold others accountable .
Prove readiness to scale results through others, not just yourself.
Take on expanded responsibilities including new store launches, project management, recruiting oversight, operations execution, HR partnership, and national training programs.
Build and lead high performing General Managers and Operations Specialists to scale culture and results across markets.
Scope & Authority Direct Reports: 8–12 GMs, 8–12 OSs (growing).
Markets: Houston, Denver, Portland.
Decision Rights: Final authority on GM/AGM hiring, labor budgets, SOP enforcement, and launch execution.

System Builder: You scale what works and enforce consistency.
Performance Coach: You raise standards with clear feedback.
Strategic Executor: You move fast, close loops, and solve forward.
Leadership: You energize teams with a fast, focused, and efficient style that helps people move quickly and succeed together.
