We are seeking a visionary, growth-minded executive to lead the Retail Commerce division across the Americas. Focused on convenience food and beverage retail, this leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence while expanding presence in key retail markets.

The Vice President of Retail Commerce will have full P&L accountability and oversee both the commercial and operational aspects of the division. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for setting strategy, strengthening customer partnerships, and building a portfolio of products and services tailored to the evolving retail marketplace. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth Define and deliver the long-term strategy for the Retail Commerce business. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Expand product and service offerings designed specifically for the retail food and beverage sector. Commercial & Client Engagement Build and strengthen relationships with leading convenience retail clients. Develop customer strategies that drive loyalty, retention, and long-term growth. Negotiate key partnerships and agreements that support revenue and margin expansion. Operational Excellence & P&L Accountability Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong financial performance while upholding quality and compliance standards. Implement operational frameworks and standards unique to the Retail Commerce channel. Partner with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to improve efficiency and performance. Assess infrastructure, technology, and supply chain requirements to enable growth. Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop talent and ensure the business is equipped with the right skills and resources. Drive organizational alignment to achieve commercial and operational goals. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred. 7–10+ years of leadership experience in a multinational, matrixed environment. Proven track record of selling into retail food and convenience channels is essential. Demonstrated success in business development, customer management, and delivering P&L results. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience leading teams through growth and change. International exposure and cross-cultural experience highly valued.
