About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Retail Operations to take the helm of one of its largest branches. The successful candidate will be tasked with the management of a multi-million dollar operation, ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of client relationships to deliver top-tier customer service. This pivotal role involves leading business reviews, and working to achieve pricing and budget goals that guarantee profitability. The VP will also be responsible for overseeing a large customer portfolio, analyzing daily and weekly reports to understand account priorities, and managing the impact on the business.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the VP will be involved in various sales activities, including client presentations, grand openings, and trade shows. Collaboration with local retail management is essential to ensure the successful execution of installations, merchandising standards, and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in people management and leadership, as they will be overseeing a team of up to six direct reports. The role demands a strategic leader who can drive the business forward while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
