We are seeking a Vice President of Retail Operations to lead the coordination, optimization, and standardization of all operational practices across our retail locations. This executive-level role is critical to driving customer satisfaction, maximizing operational efficiency, and scaling the business for long-term growth. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to enhance employee performance, improve store-level execution, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and adapting a strategy of best-practice standards and policies for each store, and ensuring all staff are trained on and adhere to these standards.
- Providing clear, motivating, and consistent communication to guide retail associates, store managers, and regional leaders in effectively implementing new programs.
- Managing third-party vendors for footprint expansion and new store buildouts, including onboarding, contracting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Maintaining an ongoing physical presence among the stores to ensure operational excellence.
- Designing semi-permanent and temporary layouts of store merchandise based on best-practice strategy and brand standards.
- Managing costs by performing ongoing inventory, labor, shrinkage, and operational analysis.
- Preparing timely inventory, sales, operational, and payroll forecasting while interpreting financial reports to ensure optimal sales performance and profits.
- Identifying underperforming metrics and generating strategic solutions that leverage existing tools and resources.
- Attracting, hiring, training, coaching, and retaining a diverse team of top talent while fostering a high-performance environment.
- Ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained based on sales history and expected trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and drive consistent brand messaging and customer experiences through continuous training and in-store tactics.
Compensation: Pay for this position is $140,000$160,000. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
