About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Merchandising and Retail to define and execute the vision and strategy for its dynamic retail and merchandising business. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in retail, visual merchandising, or licensing industries, with a proven track record of driving retail performance and growth. A background in the licensing business, particularly within lifestyle and sports sectors, is a significant advantage. The role demands an individual with excellent relationship-building skills, a strong network of industry contacts, and a creative, innovative approach to product development. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful, solutions-oriented executive, adept at influencing stakeholders and making data-driven decisions.
