About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Health Product Innovation to spearhead the creation of market-leading proprietary health and simplified issue life insurance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product development team in the formation of these innovative products, with a focus on Medicare supplement, critical illness, final expense, term life, dental, vision, or hearing. This role demands an individual with a strong background in product development, pricing, and competitive analysis, and the ideal candidate would be an FSA with over 7 years of experience in the relevant product areas.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Health Product Innovation include driving the product development process, from inception to market launch, and ensuring that the products meet the needs of the target market. The role also requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The candidate should be adept at conducting market research, and competitive analysis, and have a deep understanding of the regulatory environment related to health and life insurance products. A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop and position the products are essential for this leadership role.
