About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Commerce & Retail Media to join their dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the fast-growing media practice, responsible for defining and delivering the company's holistic commerce and retail media vision and strategy. This role involves managing a large, distributed team, overseeing the implementation of best practices in commerce and retail media planning and buying, and supporting business development efforts. The VP will also be the primary contact for retail leaders within client organizations, providing tailored solutions and executive-level guidance on integrated media planning.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in professional services, and 3 years in a role related to a retail media network or brand executing retail media. The role requires a proven track record in converting retail media into business results, demonstrable knowledge of the US retail environment, and experience with the AdTech required for retail media advertising. The VP will be expected to champion innovation, build and manage complex business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic commerce and retail solutions. Amazon Advertising experience is also a key requirement for this position.
