Description Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

You will be expected to practice the best medicine, be proactive, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate, Fear Free care. Our ideal candidate must be a strong team player that is friendly, helpful, courteous, energetic and able to work at least one weekend shift each week. Mandatory Reception Skills: Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment Answering multiple phone lines Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties Exceptional customer service and competency Emailing/scanning/faxing Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients Maintain professionalism in emergency situation Pay Range -  $15–$18/hour We offer incredible benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, matching 401(k), paid parental leave, holiday pay incentives, generous pet discounts, and much more!
