outgoing Veterinary Client Service Representative

to become the next member of our incredible team! As the face of the hospital, our receptionists greet every client with warmth, compassion, and professionalism-helping to build trust with our veterinary team and create a welcoming experience for pets and their people.

In this role, you will: Schedule and manage the flow of appointments to support an efficient, well-organized day Provide exceptional, empathetic customer service while multitasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients Process payments and financial transactions accurately Answer client questions and provide clear, helpful information about our services Support the medical team by helping balance scheduled appointments, walk-ins, and urgent cases This position is ideal for candidates with experience in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, confident multitaskers, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment. This is a flexible

full-time or part-time position . Availability is needed

Monday-Saturday , including

3 full days, 2 half days, and 2 Saturdays per month .

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

3+ years of client service experience Previous veterinary experience

highly preferred Proficiency in the following skills:

Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and texts Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately Processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborating with the clinical team to balance scheduled visits, walk-ins, and urgent cases

Bilingual is a plus
