Role Overview: As a full-time Retail Sales Associate, you'll become an integral part of our team, dedicated to helping customers connect with the technology that enhances their lives. Here's what you'll be doing: Drive retail sales while showcasing your enthusiasm for technology and exceptional customer service. Create meaningful connections with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Present product insights and recommend solutions that offer customers a holistic experience. Utilize exceptional communication skills to close sales by fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Engage in continuous learning through ongoing training, expanding your skills in merchandising and inventory management. Grow your customer base through proactive outreach to existing Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Participate in community events to expand our loyal customer base and represent Verizon positively. We're eager to welcome you aboard immediately. This is not just your average entry-level role! Whether you're starting your career or are a seasoned professional, you can earn between $49,000 and $59,000 annually, inclusive of a base salary and target commission. Exceptional performers have the potential to earn an additional $10,000 or more annually through our commission program. Note that compensation varies based on geographic location and individual performance. A year or more of relevant work experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an advance schedule provided. Open to picking up extra shifts to maximize income during peak times. Even better if you have: Experience in a commission-based work environment. Proven sales experience with a focus on customer solutions. Background in customer service.
