Youll join a well-established UX team and take the lead in designing intuitive, impactful interactions powered by Generative AI. This role is perfect for someone passionate about human-centered design, behavioral science, and the ethical use of AI. This role is 6+ months long and the person will need to be located in the Philadelphia area for occasional meetings onsite, but will be primarily remote. What You'll Do: Design new AI-powered interactions and improve existing user experiences for healthcare applications. Shape how users engage with Generative AI by optimizing prompts, outputs, and conversational flow. Use behavioral science principles to drive user behavior toward better outcomes. Build and test prototypes to validate ideas and communicate design vision. Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to refine the user experience. Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers in an agile environment. Help define design standards for AI experiences and mentor others in this emerging discipline. What Were Looking For: Experience designing user interactions for Generative AI systems. Familiarity with prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM-based design. Strong understanding of human behavior, cognitive load, and conversational design. Passion for responsible AI and interest in its ethical implications. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in fast-paced, agile teams. Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of user-centered design practices.
