Position Summary:

In the Utility role at Larks Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our front-of-house operations. Your responsibilities include ensuring that tables and dining areas are clean and ready for guests, assisting servers, and helping maintain an efficient and welcoming dining environment. Your efforts will help us provide an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware. Wipe down tables and chairs to ensure they are spotless and ready for new guests.

Service Support: Assist servers with setting tables, refilling beverages, and delivering food and drinks as needed. Help with food running and ensure that all service items are promptly and accurately delivered.

Dining Area Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the patio and bar areas. Keep the floor free of debris and ensure that all dining areas are presentable.

Trash and Recycling: Empty trash and recycling bins as needed and ensure proper disposal of waste. Help manage waste disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Guest Assistance: Assist guests with any special requests or needs, such as additional utensils or condiments, and address minor concerns with a positive attitude.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues that may arise. Communicate effectively to support the overall team effort.

Outdoor Cleanliness: Help with cleaning and general maintenance on the patio, using the leaf blower and power washing as needed. Power washing dumpster area as needed.

Restocking: Help with restocking supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments. Ensure that all service areas are well-stocked and prepared for busy periods.

Routine Restroom Checks: Regularly check the restrooms for restocking, general cleaning and upkeep.

Closing: Sweeping and mopping from underneath tables, wiping down all tables and chairs, help getting FOH back in order.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a busser or in a similar support role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented attitude.

Attributes: Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent guest service and maintaining a positive work environment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy items, and move quickly through a busy dining area.
