General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
Base salary starting at $85,000+, depending on experience

General Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
5+ years of management experience in upscale or full-service dining
At least 2 years as a General Manager
Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management skills
Proven ability to lead floor operations in a high-volume setting
Skilled in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)
Proficient with POS and scheduling systems
General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
GM experience in a high-end seafood or fine dining concept
Familiarity with seafood handling and seasonal sourcing
Experience with local marketing and events
Ability to manage online reviews and delivery platforms
Strong communication and leadership presence
Knowledge of health and labor compliance standards
