Pay Rate: $18-20 / Hour. Shifts: Retail hours, Mornings to Evenings. Days: Stores are open 7 days a week. Part-time and Full-time positions available. Duties: Observe and report to deter unwanted behavior. Make and keep detailed notes of events throughout the shift. Contact Emergency Services in an emergency situation. Address client staff's security needs. Work alongside a dispatch center and execute dispatch orders. Basic Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. No prior experience is required; we will provide all necessary training. Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for armed positions). Core Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with the public. Must be an active listener with excellent problem-solving skills. Able to quickly and accurately assess and evaluate situations. Must have excellent conflict resolution skills with a tactful and diplomatic approach. We're looking for someone who is reliable and able to adapt to different assignments. You should be comfortable operating radio or telephone equipment and console monitors. Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clearly and accurately are also essential.
