MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided: OH: Pharmacist License through the Ohio Board of Pharmacy MD: Pharmacist License through the Maryland Board of Pharmacy PA: Pharmacist License through the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy WV: Pharmacist License through the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy. EXPERIENCE: 1. Candidates must have experience in at least ONE of the following areas: Completion of a health-system pharmacy administration residency program Completion of a non-health-system pharmacy administration residency program  AND  1 year of experience as a clinical pharmacist or pharmacy administrator Three (3) years of pharmacy administrative experience Five (5) years of pharmacist practice experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Master of Business Administration, Master’s of Health Administration, Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration, or Master in Public Health. 2. Pharmacy Specialty Certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)
